I was going to wait until late morning to write this but I just couldn't wait.It was a good Christmas and one of my presents was a book that I received from my sister.It is a weight training book on maximum lifting.Anyway,it just talks about lifting in a way which reduces the amount of time you spend in the gym.Which is one thing that I want to do.Reduce my training time in half to focus on other things I want to do such as write more and spend time looking for a job in my field.I will read more of that book that I received from my sister.Right now feeling a bit gassed from a cookie I ate today.It had peanut butter and marshmellows and I have to say that it was just too sweet for my taste but it was good.Normally I would stay away from food like that but I couldn't resist since this is the holiday season which is a time to celebrate.I will really have to take some drastic measures on my diet and exercise program this coming New Year since I am slightly overweight and about to reach a...
